I am having serous issues with my Instant Ink subscription and canot find any way to contact techincal support.
My problem is this:
1. The blank ink cartridge I instale dyeterday shows us as havign a critical error and is not usable (I have removed and reinstalled several times but to no avail - the cartridge appears not to work)
2. The colour ink is critially low and I have not receivd a repalcement (the ink shipping page on my accoutn shws the balck and colour beign sent together on 22.11 however I only had a black ink in the packet whn I collected it)
3. All the pages I printed yesterday did not work as a result of these ink issues despite them being taken off my account
There does not seem to be anyway to contat HP to request new inks to be sent out manually due to these errors and I am unable to print in the meantime. The chat and phoen options in support state tey are unavailable at this time (despite the listed available times matching the time I am attempting ot access).
Please can someone advise me on this as I am concerned that the instant ink service is somethign I pay for therefore woudl have expected there was a helpline if required?
