Product: HP PHOTOSMART 3110

My printer started making a very loud machine gun type of noise after turning on when carriage moves to right side and vibrates very loudly making 7-8 loud pops. Horrible sounding and very loud! I have removed and replaced the cartridges and made sure no paper was stuck. Have unplugged unit and plugged back in. It is printing ok but need to solve this ASAP.
