Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8720
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have an HP OfficeJet Pro 8720 that appears to be stuck in some sort of product demonstration mode.  The display never shuts off and it keeps moving from screen to sceen showing me about the features of the printer.  I want my display to go to sleep.  It is ignoring the setting in "Power Management --> Sleep Mode" where I have set it to sleep after 5 minutes.

 

I am not sure if this is related to the problem.  I checked the manual and found no mention of a question mark icon in the manual:

There is a question mark icon "?" displayed on the left of the display inbetween where the "home" and "back" icons would normally be displayed.  When I touch the home icon, the question mark icon is displayed and the "home" and "back" icons are hidden.  When i touch the question mark icon, the "home" and "back" buttons are displayed and the question mark icon is hidden.
