Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So I bought a new HP 678 black cartridge , but even after installing the printer says incompactible cartridge . The red light for the black cartridge keeps on flashing. 

Tried doing this - https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Inkjet-Printing/Cartridge-678-not-working-on-hp-deskjet-1515/m-p/60335... . For a second printer detects it, but again shows incompactible cartridge.
