Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer will not print due to a printhead error 0xc19a0041. I have tried to use the setup menu and perform the printhead cleaning and aligning functions but neither of them will be performed by the printer.

 

How do I fix this issue?
