Hi,
My printer has been set up as a wifi printer for my home for months now. Today, I noticed that it doesn't have a wifi connection. I've tried to reconnect it using my iphone and through my computer, but it won't accept the network. I also tried using the wifi wizard on the touch screen and entered the network info. When I tried to use the HP Easy Start app, it gave me the error that it couldn't connect to a 5 GHz network. The router I have has two networks, and the one that I am trying to use, that I've used successfully for months, is not 5 GHz. Any help would be appreciated.
