HP Recommended

My HP Envy 4520 Inkjet printer is less than a year old and I was printing a UPS shipping label which printed all FADED. 

 

I cleaned the catridges 3 times and printed a quality page which was still faded. I checked the color & black ink which I have plenty of and did not have issues with this before. 

 

What should I do?!
