Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My printer prints yellow as green (confirmed in diagnostic print). The cartridge (original) is almost full in all colors. I reset the printer to manufacturers settings. I read an advice to calibrate the printer. HP smart says issues with printing quality cannot be solved fot this type of printer in HP smart. I should do this with the software of the printer. I downloaded and installed full software and drivers. I have got no message that installation has been completed, nor can I find it. So, how can I get my printer to print yellow as yellow?
