Product: Printer 7858 Envy Photo
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan

Hello, I have set up a new printer 7858 and can not print from my Mac desktop computer. The Mac see's the new computer and I have installed the software via 123.hp.com but when I send a photo or doc to it to print, I get the message that it cannot connect to it. The funny thing is that I can print from my phone to the new printer without any issue. I have tried everything that I know to fix it but without success. Any thoughts or direction would be appreciated. Thank you...
