Product: HP Photosmart Plus all-in-one printer series B209a-m
Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP

I can't clear Oxc19a0020 Ink System Failure message on my HP Photosmart Plus all-in-one Printer Series-B209a-m.

I've unplugged and plugged back in, turned off and back on over and over cannot clear it this time!  I even cleaned the print head cartridge.  Help!
