Product: Hp Officejet 3830
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I keep trying to print a photo on 4x6 photo paper on my officejet 3830 printer. even though I pick 4x6 on the computer and on the printer every time I hit print it sasys printer paper size doesn't fit the paper size that I chose with the computer. This is very frusterating to me because this is the very reason that I bought this printer. I was wondering if there might be something that I am doing wrong in any way. If you can help in any way thank you.
