Product: OfficeJet 5255
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I recently purchased an HP OfficeJet 5255 all-in-one printer. The output tray extender engaged automatically on my old 4600 series, but does not open during print/copy jobs on the 5255. Is that something I have to do manually or is there something wrong with my printer?
Secondly, I frequently get an Error Code OXD8077900 and the printer will not print. A quick reboot to the printer and it works again; still it's a bit annoying to have to restart the printer.
Any help will be appreciated.
