Product: Officejet 6700
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Officejet 6700 seemed beyond my ability to fix a problem so I purchased a different model HP printter. At the same time I bought new ink cartridges for the new printer through HP directly online. Then, my wife fixed our Officejet! I sheepishly took the printer back to Best Buy but now I'm stuck with these 902 and 906 series cartridges. The boxes have never been opened but they arrived with no instructions about returning them.

 

Can I return them and get a refund?
