Product: Deskjet 1510
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Got error when insert new tri color cartridge (first it was detected and genuine toner)

 

Failure.jpgBlack color wthich came in same combo works fine and able to print black.

Tried all-

unplug-plug solution.

Restart solution.

Cleaning solution etc ... still no luck... please suggest
