Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 in S Mode

I had a wonderful copy of HP Printer Assistant on a Windows 7 installation. Now I "upgraded" to Windows 10. The OS has found the HP printer and I can print. But I haven't found an HP application that allows me to send and receive faxes from/to the computer. Printer Assistant doesn't seem to be available for Windows 10.
