Product: HP Envy 4500
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)
I have had this printer for awhile and it has been fairly reliable, but recently i cannot print at all without it jamming up. It seems like the paper is getting drawn in crooked or at least it ends up that way. I keep removing the jammed paper, but it just happens again. I even tried switching my printer paper to a different brand but it didn't help. I can't see anything wrong internally, though i have no idea what to look for since I'm not very tech savy. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I had not changed anything with the computer or printer prior to this issue so it just started out of the blue.
