Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8710
Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave
Printed a “Printer Test Page” from the HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 app. No color. Then printed a “Print Quality Diagnostic Page,” and all 4 colored blocks are there. Went back and printed another “Printer Test Page.” Still no color. My 2011 MacBook Pro, running High Sierra, prints in color. Please advise. Thanks for your help.

Downloaded and installed HP Smart 2.5 Driver
Downloaded and installed HP Easy Start v. 2.9.0.180 - although I’m not sure what it’s supposed to do.
