Product: OfficeJet Pro 6978
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer quit printing yellow about 18 months ago while the printer was under warranty.  I called HP and they went through a very long series of commands and got it fixed.  Last week, it started doing the same this again.  I have reset the printer, uninstalled and reinstalled it, downloaded the latewst software and drivers, etc.  Nothing seems to work.  Any ideas?
