My printer keeps going offline. I have tried unplugging router, printer, and laptop and re-booting. I have tried the HP doctor/scan. It supposedly installs updates. Print message still says offline and won't print wireless. My wireless icon on the printer shows ON and doesn't say offline. When I run an internal print test front the printer, the test shows my network status as "Ready" and and shows status as Connected. I've read through other posts with users stating same problem and the answer HP provides is ridiculously technical. Please help. Is my only option for printing to buy a print cable and hardwire my laptop to the printer? Even then, with that solution, another user said his computer wouldn't recognize the printer... so what's a woman to do? My OS is Windows 10, version 1803.
