Product: HP Envy 7640
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

We can't send or receive faxes.  Everything I try to do to fix it comes up with "the fax feature has been disabled.  For more information contact system administrator (me)."  I have tried enabling it via the window on the printer and via the web console.  It was working fine for many months.  Power off didn't work.  No idea why or how it was disabled.
