Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP

My HP 4650 printer just started printing in black and cyan only. On the quality report it only shows black and cyan, so I can remove the computer as the issue.

 

This is using a brand new HP Tri Color cartridge (the pink one).

 

I have run through all the clean/align utilities multiple times. 

 

When checking the cartridge itself, when I "blot" it onto a tissue I see lines of cyan, magenta and yellow just fine. The only thing I noticed is that cyan seems to be coming out more than the other two colors.

 

Can anyone help?
