Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

it started with error message 0xc19a0023, so i followed the sets that i found on line,  turned off power, unpluged the power cord, waited more than 60 seconds and turned back on and then i got error 0x0.

Tryed the same thing at less six times and it still says the same thing. i even tried leaving it off with the cord unpluged all night but no luck. The printer is only two years old.
