Product: officejet 6500A all in one
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

my offiicejet 6500A all in one printer shows me this: "ink system has failed. Unable to copy, receive faxes, or print. Refer to printer documentation. Error:  0xc19a0020"

I' m using now original hp cartridges. I unplugged the power chord from the wall and from the printer, waited a minute, replugged and turned it on. Still gives me the same message.

I'll be happy to hear ideas.
