I've had my printer a couple of years and have had no issues with connecting to the wifi.
I recently got a new laptop (Windows 7 to 10) and also moved my printer a small distance within the same room, it is now closer to the router. The printer is no longer able to connect to the wifi, infact the network isn't even displayed when searching for avalible networks. Neighbours networks do show up.
The printer is installed on my laptop but I cannot print as the device appears as 'offline'.
Nothing has changed with the internet/router etc.
The wifi is within a rented property so I dont have control over the admin access to the router etc. and I can turn off all my connected devices but not other households. I can turn off the router at the plug if needed.
Hoping I don't have to buy another printer, this is number 3 in 5 years!
