Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

I received an error that there was an update so I needed to delete my current driver, update and reinstall. I go through all the steps successfully until the end where it says Add Device, then I get an error that it didn't work. Please help as I am not able to print and can't install the driver successfully. Printer: Officejet Pro 8600; Model N911a
