I have recently bought a new HP Envy 5020.  As part of the purchase I registered on HP Instant Ink.  When the original black ink cartridge ran out I replaced it with a cartridge that had been sent through Instant Ink.  However I am getting a message saying “cartridge cannot be used until printer is enrolled in HP Instant Ink”. This seems very odd considering I received the cartridge from Instant Ink. I have checked my account homepage and all is fine, I have also checked for updates on the printer and it is up to date, I have even switched it off and on again but nothing is working.
