Product: Hp Deskjet 3755
Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra

I can't figure out how to get the right settings to print cardstock on my printer. I checked before i bought it and people said that it could print on cardstock. I have tried all the settings that I have read to try and it still won't grab the paper right away or print on it correctly or it gets jammed. If anyone can please help me figure this out that would be great.

 

Have cleaned the printer head, cleaned any smears and have aligned it several times to try and get it figured out.
