Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just bought this notebook 1 month ago and have seen this problem since the beginning. While being completely shut down it drains about 10% per day, which is way too high. Normally it should be 1% a week.

I check this behavior on several states for 2-3 days each with following conclusion:

Standby (Suspend to Ram): 0,6% per hour

Hibernation (Suspend to Disk): 0,5% per hour

Shut Down: 0,4% per hour

Fast Startup and hybrid Sleep are deactivated. My Bios Firmware is updated to the latest available (F22) and I’ve done a clean installation of Windows 10 as well.

While browsing the web for help I’ve seen other manufactures solves this problem be providing a Bios Update or a firmware update for the battery.

Also took some screens from the powercfg to show that it is actually draining battery while shut down (27% in 65 hours, which is equal to 0,41%/h or 9,9%/day)

Really hoping for a solution and not a generic response like i already get while contacting the HP Support Team.1.JPG2.JPG
