A month or so ago, my printer went offline. I have taken all the steps I can find on the internet to bring it back online - everything turned off/back on - checked the settings, etc. The printer itself seems to think it is online and connected to the wireless network. Is there a way to get it to forget the wireless settings and I can try to reinstall those?
I removed it as a printer from my laptop and now it is non-discoverable. I tried re-adding with the cable and software, but it still says offline. It also says offline from my mobile phone which was able to print to it before as well.
