Cyan Cartridge: Ink Cartridge Failure

 

After replacing a depleted cartridge the printer is showing a cartridge failure and is recomending cartrdige replacement. I replaced with yet a second new cartridge yet the printer is still showing failure. The odd part is that if any of the other cartridges are removed, the initial one is accepted by the printer.
