Operating System: IOS 12 - 12.0.1

My printer has started to cut the top of the page it is printing, it is as though the paper is in the wrong place as there is room left at the bottom. I have tried several ideas suggested on here but now have helped. I have tried to scan the alignment page but it is taking forever. Would be grateful for any help
