Hi
Need help with my printer.
I have been able to print on thicker papers, about 250 gr before but now it doesn't work anymore.
When i place my picture (digistamps, I'm coloring) in word in the center it looks fine and all, but when its printing its alwys get at the bottom, at the top, or the half image is outside the paper. (this happens most of the times)
If I print on normal A4 paper, it's perfect, no problem at all.
Can the wheels been whorn out? I really dont know what to do.
Please help.
PS. Is this question is on the wrong palce, please move it.
/Annica
