HP Recommended

 

I keep getting print head error message;  stating either missing, not detected and /or installed incorrectly

error code 0xc19a0032...... and also  a ink cartridge error !! ??  

I've had this printer for 2 years.  this just started within a week ago .  I've done ALL the procedures to rectify these  problems / issues as instructed -   Nothing seems to be rectifing this ...

when it prints - it makes a loud clanking / thud  noise - . and stops printing

 

This is the 2nd HP printer I had  and  will need to replace because of these issues.   lately HP has been nothing but headaches with these models.. its a shame - I've always like HP 

 

Im shopping around - but Im concerned on buying another HP

 

Any one have resolutions ??
