Product: Hp Photosmart A516

First, I bought this Hp photosmart A516 used. I had a new hp 110 cartridge to use and it says Cartridge Failed! This is the second photosmart "portable" photo printer that i've bought used and its saying the same thing, Cartridge Failed!! Help!!
