Product: HP OfficeJet 6958

My printer won’t work, when I first plugged it would just keep starting up over and over again, now its just blinking saying ERROR CODE 0XC9C70000, then at the bottom it says HW_GAUSS_CHIP. It won’t even turn off when I press the power button. I’ve tried plugging and unplugging it and taking out the power cord in the back, I don’t know what else to do.
