Product: HP DeskJet GT 5820
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have forgotten my admin password after changing it from the default. I have tried several known combinations.

 

I need a way to hard reset to default factory settings. None of the hardware button presses for the other inkjet printers work. Any help?

 

(I've done the wireless + cancel button and it is not working I only get connection errors instead.
