I have had two Office jet 7610 series all in one scanner printers. Both quit working after only 2 years of light use due to the "print head appears to be missing, not detected or incorrectly installed" message that doesn't go away. The printer heads on this model cannot be replaced. HP support is useless. It is disgusting that your company would take my money knowing that the product had a fatal flaw just waiting to happen. I am advising everyone I know across all social media platforms NOT to buy HP products.
