Product: HP OfficeJet 5220
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi,
I bought the HP OfficeJet 5220 printer last month. However, when i started printing documents double sided, the second page kept turning out to be upside down. I've already tried switch between flipping on the long edge and flipping on the short edge but it doesn't seem to be working. There is also no option in the printer's settings that allows me to change it. Is this due to the printer's printing mechanism or is there anything I can do to ensure that the second page does not print upside down?
