Yesterday I attempted to print a downloaded pdf in Microsoft Edge, and received an error message "Something Went Wrong".  I restarted my PC, cleared the cache, etc. and tried again today with the same result.   Then I tried just printing the screen in Firefox, and Firefox crashed -  never got a printer dialog window or anything, the browser shutdown and gave me a crash report, I tried the same in Chrome with the same result (shutdown).  I googled and found a Firefox forum that stated there was a recent Wondows update that might help from October 3.  I checked, it had not been updated, so I installed it.  I still have the same result - "Something Went Wrong" in Edge, and crashes in Chrome and Firefox.  I CAN print from Internet Explorer.  I can print WORD documents.   Everything for the printer seems to indicate it is connected.  I really need to be able to print from the internet, so what do I do?  *******EDIT - i cannot print WORD documents and I cannot print from Adobe now.
