I also have the same problem. I'm printing from a Word document on a HP Envy 7858, using Windows 10. When I print 2-sided, the back page is always upside down, regardless of whether I select flipping on the long edge or the short edge. I tried the fix described for the Mac user (i.e., unplugging the power). It did not work. How can I resolve this problem?
