Product: HP 6978
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
My printer (purchased in 2016, so out of warranty) does not print Cyan. I have cleaned the print heads repeatedly, have taken out the cartridges and cleaned the connectors and made sure they were vented, etc. The Cyan ink cartridge has enough ink in it. At my wits' end with this issue. It has taken up many hours of my time so far, and have not read any solutions that work for me. Any other ideas?
