Product: HP Deskjet 2655
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi there,

 

I am unable to get my printer to be recognised as online.  I have tried everything that was recommended here including HP Smart app but to no avail.  I tried unplugging and I tried reinstalling.  That did not work either.  Could you please help me out?
