Product: HP Envy 4520
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Envy 4520 , only,1 year out of warranty is inoperable.  Fails to get past Error Code OX83COOO2B NOS_Loader_App.  Tried a number of suggested power reset actions to no avail.  Ideas for this POS?
