Product: HP Officejet 4630 series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have tried cancelling a document from the print queue.  It shows that the system is deleting the document, however nothing is happening.  I have tried restarting the printer, deleting it from  my computer and reinstalling.  Unable to print other documents.
