Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Der Druckkopf meines HP Officejet Pro 8620 Druckers ist defekt. Mehrmaliges Wiedereinsetzen und Säubern hat nichts gebracht, ebenso wie das Aktualisieren von Treibern und Software.

Ich möchte einen neuen Druckkopf im HP Parts Store bestellen. Dieser ist sehr teuer (>100€). Falls dieser das Problem nicht behebt, kann ich diesen umtauschen?
