Hi, I have an issue with my Envy 5030 since two weeks ago: it's always printing blank, even though it created a sound of "proper" printing while doing so.
What I have done so far (with no success):
- I have checked the ink levels, both black and colour, and found no issue (at least half of cartridge) is available.
- Checked that the black and color cartridge is HP 304 (I live in Germany).
- Network connection is working fine - the printer can communicate with my laptop and received the order to print.
- Software update on the printer is also the latest.
- Tried to install and re-install HP Smart as the printer app, as recommended here https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-envy-5000-all-in-one-printer-series/14095644/mod...
- Clicked "Clean Page Smears" in printer's "Tools", but it's still printing blank
- Clicked "Print Quality Report", printing but still blank
- Clicked "Clean Cartridges", it was cleaning something inside, tried printing the report but still blank. Went into 2nd level cleaning, still blank.
I look forward to your recommendation on this issue - I really need the printer for my work matters. The printer is barely 1 year old and I have never experienced such issue with my other HP printer.
