Product: HP Officejet Pro 6830 e all in one series

I got an error message on this printer, Problem with Printhead Oxc19a0003 There is a problem with the printhead.

I did some research and found that it said there was a recall with this model. Any ideas how to get ahold of HP to ask, Tried the virtual assistant and a chat and got no where.
