Hello, I made the mistake by disabling all funtionalitys in the WebGui of the printer. This resulted in an almost blank display on the printer and i´m not able to print or whatever. I have one Icon on the display "Scan to computer." nothing else. it does not scan. All other settings are disapeared. I´m not able to contact the printer over Wifi or UTP or USB anymore. Installing the latest drivers does not work. The software drivers are not able to detect the printer. I can only see the printer while using HP print and Scan doctor when it is connected with USB . With this program i can print a test-page. I can also check for firmware updates. But I can not reset the firmware to the defaults. The Installation software does not detect any USB printer although the" HP print and Scan doctor" sees the printer. Can someone help me to reset the firmware to factory defaults? It would be great if it was possible to reset all custom settings of the firmware with HP print and Scan doctor. The Print and Scan doctor has already an option to do the firmware upgrade, but not yet a reset to defaults. Does someone have some tricks to erase all settings in the firmware? can someone provide me a firmware to overwrite my settings? Currently i have already the latest firmware version... I still have over 10 original cartridges. Even the latest firmware with factory settings is good for me. I think that I´m struggling with a bug in the firmware. I could disable functionalities but i can´t undo them and my printer is unreachable unusable.
