Product: Photosmart 6510
Operating System: macOS 10.12 Sierra

I recently purchased and replaced all the ink cartridges. (All HP cartridges - 564’s). All except the black cartridge seems to be working fine.  I’ve tried alignment (which said it failed), cleaning print heads, and what is supposed to be black is more like dull gray.  I even went back and reinstalled drivers!  I’m out of ideas.  

Could use ideas, or a fresh start here.  TIA!
