Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I cannot get the black ink to print on my HP 7610 All In One. I've tried auto clean printhead several times, align printhead, using warm water and isopropyl to clean the heads, etc. Color prints fine but not black. Have new HP cartridges and are full.
